The vote pool on Download lets you choose which SketchUp extensions we should build next. Sign in, review the candidates, and vote for the ones you want most. Your vote helps us prioritize the roadmap.

Pro is $7 per month, billed monthly. There is no long-term contract, and you can cancel auto-renewal anytime from Account settings. You keep full Pro access for the period you've already paid for.

Yes, you can use Puppet3D Pro without internet. A days-offline counter runs quietly in the background, with a maximum of 7 days. When you reach that limit, SketchUp will ask you to connect for a moment so the counter resets to zero.

Your Pro subscription works on up to 2 computers, for example your office PC and your laptop. When you open SketchUp with your license, that computer is added to your account automatically. You can see which ones are registered under Account → Settings → Devices. Already using 2 and want to add another? Remove a computer you no longer use from that list first, and that frees a slot for the new one.

Install the SketchUp bundle, paste the same license token from Download (top-right → Copy License), and open SketchUp with an internet connection. If both device slots are already taken, remove the old computer in Settings → Devices first. Reinstalling SketchUp or Windows does not change your token.

Pro renews automatically each month while your subscription is active. Upgrade from the Pricing section on Download. Manage billing and renewal from Account → Settings.

Canceling turns off auto-renewal, so it does not cut off access immediately. You keep Pro until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. After that date, Pro extensions and add-ons stop validating in SketchUp and Blender; Free extensions remain available according to your account. You won't be charged again once auto-renewal is off. For refund requests within 30 days, see our Refund Policy; approved refunds may end Pro access sooner.

No. Canceling only affects your Puppet3D Pro license. Your .skp files, layers, and project data stay on your computer. You simply lose access to Pro extensions and add-ons after your paid period ends.
