Business and support

Puppet3D is a product of PUSHPULL, based in Peru. For product support, account questions, privacy requests, cancellation help, or refund questions, contact support@puppet3d.com.

Payments and checkout

All Puppet Pro payments are processed through Polar, which acts as merchant of record and authorized reseller. Polar handles payment processing, applicable taxes, receipts, invoices, recurring billing, and payment-related buyer support. Payments are also subject to Polar's Buyer Terms.

Polar may appear on your receipt, invoice, bank statement, or payment confirmation. Puppet3D remains responsible for its software, account support, and licenses. The total price and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you complete payment.

The service

Puppet3D develops SketchUp extensions and Blender add-ons for architects. The SketchUp Free bundle is available without a paid Puppet Pro membership. Puppet Pro is a US$5 monthly membership that supports the development of new tools and gives members access to the available SketchUp and Blender Pro bundles and their included updates while membership access is active.

Community support helps us develop more tools and bring Pro plugins to the Free bundle over time. Moving a particular plugin to Free is a project goal, not a promise of a specific release date or future feature. Membership payments provide paid software access and are not charitable donations.

Puppet3D is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Trimble, SketchUp, or their affiliates. SketchUp and related names are trademarks of their respective owners.

Accounts, membership, and cancellation

Creating a Puppet3D account makes you a Puppet member at no cost. Signing in does not start a paid membership. Activating Puppet Pro membership gives you Puppet Pro member access. An account is required to download tools and manage access. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Puppet Pro is billed as a recurring monthly subscription and renews automatically unless you cancel before the next billing date. You can cancel auto-renewal in Settings, through Polar's customer portal or receipt links, or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals; Pro access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period unless a refund or termination applies.

The Free bundle remains available without a paid membership after you cancel Puppet Pro. Optional product emails can be turned off in Settings → Notifications or through the unsubscribe link. Essential account, security, and billing messages are separate. See our Privacy Policy for details.

License and permitted use

Puppet3D grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the software for your own professional or personal work in accordance with these terms. Free tools do not require a paid membership. Pro tools require active Pro access, including the remaining paid period after you cancel auto-renewal, unless access ends due to a refund or termination.

You may not resell, sublicense, share, publish, distribute, rent, lease, or transfer Puppet3D downloads, license tokens, account access, or subscription benefits. You may not attempt to bypass license checks, machine limits, security controls, or subscription validation.

Downloads, devices, and online validation

Puppet3D Pro uses a license token tied to your account and may validate your membership access online and register device information to prevent unauthorized sharing. One Puppet Pro membership may be used on up to two computers owned or controlled by the same member. The Free bundle does not require Pro license validation.

Internet access may be required for activation, validation, downloads, account features, and continued Pro access. If validation fails because membership access is inactive, payment is overdue, the device limit is exceeded, or the license has been revoked, Pro tools may stop validating. This does not make a paid membership necessary for the Free bundle.

Acceptable use

You must not use Puppet3D for unlawful activity, abuse the service, interfere with our systems, reverse engineer the software except where prohibited by law, remove copyright notices, scrape or overload our services, or attempt to obtain unauthorized access to accounts, licenses, or backend systems.

Refunds

Refunds and cancellations are described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Where your payment provider or applicable law gives you additional rights, those rights apply.

Availability and changes

We may update, improve, remove, or replace features, downloads, compatibility targets, pricing, and documentation over time. We aim to provide reliable access, but the service may be interrupted by maintenance, third-party outages, security events, or circumstances outside our control.

No professional guarantee

Puppet3D tools are provided to assist creative and technical workflows. You are responsible for reviewing outputs, keeping backups of your SketchUp files and projects, and deciding whether the software is suitable for your work. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or compatible with every version, extension, model, operating system, or workflow.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, misuse licenses, initiate fraud or abuse, create security risk, or if required by law or by payment provider rules. Upon termination, your right to use the software and subscription benefits ends.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Puppet3D is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost projects, loss of data, business interruption, or replacement costs. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the website, account area, email, or checkout flow. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
