FAQ
What's included in Free vs Pro?
Free includes the SketchUp bundle Free with its extensions. Pro unlocks the SketchUp bundle Pro with its extensions and the Blender bundle Pro with its add-ons. Choose Pro Plan on Pricing when you're ready to go beyond the Free tier.
How do I update the SketchUp bundle?
Uninstall the previous Puppet3D extension first (Window → Extension Manager), then install the new .rbz and restart SketchUp. Installing on top can leave old scripts behind — SketchUp updates files that already exist but does not remove extensions that are no longer in the new bundle.
Will more extensions and add-ons be added?
Yes. We add new SketchUp extensions and Blender add-ons over time, in both the Free bundle and the Pro bundles. No extra fees. Check Download for the latest list.

How much does Pro cost?
Pro is $7 per month, billed monthly. There is no long-term contract, and you can cancel auto-renewal anytime from Account settings. You keep full Pro access for the period you've already paid for.
Do I need internet to use Puppet3D Pro?
Yes, you can use Puppet3D Pro without internet. A days-offline counter runs quietly in the background, with a maximum of 7 days. When you reach that limit, SketchUp will ask you to connect for a moment so the counter resets to zero.
How many computers can I use?
Your Pro subscription works on up to 2 computers, for example your office PC and your laptop. When you open SketchUp with your license, that computer is added to your account automatically. You can see which ones are registered under Account → Settings → Devices. Already using 2 and want to add another? Remove a computer you no longer use from that list first, and that frees a slot for the new one.
I got a new PC or reinstalled SketchUp, what now?
Install the SketchUp bundle, paste the same license token from sidebar → License, and open SketchUp with an internet connection. If both device slots are already taken, remove the old computer in Settings → Devices first. Reinstalling SketchUp or Windows does not change your token.
How do subscriptions and renewals work?
Pro renews automatically each month while your subscription is active. Choose Pro Plan on Pricing to subscribe. Manage billing and renewal from Account → Settings.
What happens if I cancel?
Canceling turns off auto-renewal, so it does not cut off access immediately. You keep Pro until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. After that date, Pro extensions and add-ons stop validating in SketchUp and Blender; Free extensions remain available according to your account. You won't be charged again once auto-renewal is off. For refund requests within 30 days, see our Refund Policy; approved refunds may end Pro access sooner.
Will I lose my SketchUp models or settings if I cancel?
No. Canceling only affects your Puppet3D Pro license. Your .skp files, layers, and project data stay on your computer. You simply lose access to Pro extensions and add-ons after your paid period ends.
